Today we're launching the new Calculated Performance website.
Since 2020 we've grown to 9 centres, 40+ coaches and over 64,000 sessions delivered, and our website needed to keep up. The new site has a cleaner design, works better on any device and, for the first time, shows parents, players, clubs and coaches exactly what we do.
Here's what's new.
Club Partner Programme
The Club Partner Programme is a free initiative designed to support local grassroots football clubs and their players. We are not in competition with your teams. We develop individual players through 1:1 coaching, which strengthens their performance back in their grassroots squads.
Partner clubs receive free workshops for their players, an exclusive trial offer for club members and referral rewards in kit or equipment credit, with no cost and no admin. Every partner club also has its own page, where its players can claim their offer.

Our methodology
Our new Methodology page explains what we coach, how we coach it and why. We call it CP:DNA.
- The What: our curriculum. 5 Core Game Skills (passing, receiving, ball striking, running with the ball and 1v1), built on our Physical Development Framework (co-ordination, agility, power and speed).
- The How: our method. Every session follows the same framework, taking each skill from repetition, to reaction, to realism.
- The Why: our player pathway, from the Individual Performance Programme and Performance Academy through to the Elite Performance Programme.
It also introduces our Performance Pillars, the behaviour framework that gives coaches and players one shared language for what high performance looks like: Relentless Worker, Take Ownership, Great Learner and Master Your Habits.
Digital platforms
A new Digital Platforms page brings together the tools we use to plan, track and share every player's development.
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs): every player receives a live, online IDP after their trial session. Their coach grades them across 12 technical, physical and psychological attributes, and reviews it at the start, middle and end of each season.
- CP:360: our at-home training platform, with a new follow-along session every Sunday, an AI coach trained #theCPway, partner rewards, the official store and membership details, all in one place. It's included with every membership.
- CP:Coaching Hub: our internal platform that keeps every coach aligned on how we plan, deliver and progress sessions.
A better franchise page
Our Franchise page has been rebuilt for anyone looking to own a Calculated Performance Centre. It sets out why to franchise with us, from central sales and marketing support to our pay-as-you-grow model, and the 3 routes to market: a new franchise, an existing business rebrand or a franchise resale.

Meet our coaching team
For the first time, you can meet the people behind Calculated Performance. Our new team page introduces our directors, coaching advisor, area directors, head coaches, lead coaches and marketing team, so parents know exactly who is coaching their child.
