Privacy policy
Calculated Performance Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) take your privacy and your child’s privacy seriously. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information for the purpose of providing coaching, membership services and related support. We are the data controller, which means we decide how and why personal data is used. If you have any questions, please contact us at membership@calculatedperformance.co.uk.
We only collect information that is necessary for coaching, safeguarding, communication and membership administration. This may include parent or guardian contact details, player details (such as age, attendance and development plans), membership and payment information, emergency contacts and technical information such as website form submissions or cookies. We do not collect or store more information than we need.
We use personal data to run our coaching and membership services, update parents about sessions and changes, personalise training and development plans, manage bookings and payments, keep players safe, improve our programmes and communicate about member benefits or services. We process this information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you as a member, or because you have given consent. When we work with young players, we apply additional care around data minimisation, parental control and security. Parents or legal guardians act as the primary decision-makers regarding data and communication.
We may contact you with relevant updates or information about services we believe may be of interest. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails or contacting us directly.
We work with a small number of trusted partners who support our services, such as bookings, payments and membership benefits. These partners must comply with Data Protection law and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. If we sell or restructure part of our business, the minimum necessary information may be shared with the relevant buyer or seller. Some partners may process data outside the UK; where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied. We use modern security measures and access controls to help prevent unauthorised access.
We retain information only for as long as is necessary for coaching, membership and legal purposes. After termination, data may be kept for a limited period to support enquiries, safeguarding, financial record-keeping and potential membership reactivation. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted.
We use cookies to support essential website functions and to help us understand how parents and players use our website so we can improve it. You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or via any cookie banner offered on our site.
We may update this notice from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
