Calculated Performance is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Conlon as Coaching Advisor.
Dave brings a wealth of experience from the professional game, having spent more than a decade working as a First Team Coach at Stockport County. He is also a UEFA Pro Licence holder, the highest coaching qualification available in football, and an Affiliate Tutor for The FA, delivering FA Level 1, UEFA C and UEFA B Licence courses.
As Calculated Performance continues its growth across Greater Manchester, Liverpool and beyond, developing exceptional coaches remains a key priority. This appointment reflects the organisation's ongoing commitment to providing the highest possible standard of coaching for players and families, while ensuring coaches receive regular support and professional development opportunities.
Dave's responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing coach development across the organisation
- Supporting the recruitment and selection of coaching staff
- Refining and developing the Calculated Performance methodology
The appointment marks another significant step in Calculated Performance's ambition to build an elite coaching environment for players and coaches alike.
