Our Group Sessions are delivered using our comprehensive annual curriculum, which covers various topics such as passing & receiving, dribbling & ball mastery, turning & ball retention, and attack vs defence.
Each centre will curate a unique session plan for the week, ensuring that even if you’re traveling, you’ll have access to different session plans.
We believe in individual development, even in a group environment. Each session is planned to ensure a high amount of individual contact time with the ball, while maintaining small group sizes.
Group sessions are divided into a ‘Foundation’ and ‘Advanced’ group. For beginners looking to develop fundamental skills, we recommend the foundation group. For players in competitive grassroots teams or academies, we suggest the advanced group. Age groups will also be considered when recommending the most suitable group. During your introductory session, our coaching team will provide personalised guidance on the best group for you.
To ensure maximum interaction between coaches and players, each group is limited to a maximum of six players per coach. This allows for individual feedback during the entire session.
