Description
Set up
- 20 x 20
Instruction
- Athletes run around the area, changing direction and listening to the call from the coach.
- Coach will call out dynamic stretches for the athletes to complete, lunges, side steps, high kicks, etc.
Progressions
- Coach calls a number, the athletes get into a size group based off the number the coach called.
