Description

Set up

  • 20 x 20

Instruction

  • Athletes run around the area, changing direction and listening to the call from the coach.
  • Coach will call out dynamic stretches for the athletes to complete, lunges, side steps, high kicks, etc.

Progressions

  • Coach calls a number, the athletes get into a size group based off the number the coach called.
