Description

The athlete will start by passing into the wall and when they receive they should then perform the following moves behind the pole:

  • Iniesta
  • Inside of the foot touch - Hook Turn
  • Sole Drag - Outside

Work for 3 rounds of 30 seconds on each move, and work on both sides.

Key Coaching Points

  • Focus on the quality of the athlete's movements
  • Can the athlete be relaxed so their movements are more fluid
