Player will play a bounce pass with the coach before opening up to receive the ball. The player takes their touch towards the pole at the back before performing a turn to play the ball back to the coach. Coach will then play the ball back into the player for them to receive the ball before the mannequin, taking the touch beyond the mannequin before getting a shot off on goal.
