Set up

• Defenders in the middle
• Other players are positioned inside the area on the edge

Instructions

• Players positioned on the edge look to keep possession of the ball
• Defenders in the middle look to win the ball by tackling or intercepting the ball
• Defenders swap over with the person who lost the ball and whoever is next to them

Progressions

• If the defenders get split, or get megged, they stay in for another round when they win the ball
