Description

Both sets of players start on the side of the mini pitch.

From the attackers first touch with the ball, the game is active.

Defender can win the ball and score themselves.

Progressions -

Add a second defender

Make a 2v2, 1 recovering defender

Recommendations -

If you are limited with the goals available, use cones as the goals.

If defenders are finding it easy to get back, make their starting position further back.
