Description

The athlete must work their feet through the trapeziums, mixing up the footwork between sets. When they reach the pole, the coach will call black /white. 

Black = recover to the right, White = recover to the left.

Key Coaching Points

  • Change direction using a single step (load - explode)
  • Footwork is important when considering changing direction to control body weight
