Reaction & Changing Direction [CPRCD]
Description
The player reacts to the coach bouncing the ball on the floor. The player turns towards the other side and runs. As they get to the end line, they change direction by pushing off one of their foots before running back to the start. The coach bounces the ball again for the player to run back and catch the ball before it touches the floor.
Progression
- Get the player to turn over both shoulders, as well as pushing off the right and left foot at the end point an equal amount of times.
Key Coaching Points
