Quick Movement - First Touch
Description
Player makes a movement towards the ball to play a bounce pass with the coach. After, they will quickly move to receive the ball again to take a touch beyond the pole before playing a pass against the wall. When the player receives the ball off the wall, they play the ball into the coach before moving back to the starting cone.
Key Coaching Points
Quick feet - feet being shoulder width apart, shuffling and keeping on the toes to move as quick as possible to receive the ball while keeping control of the body.
Body shape - open to the ball and the space the player wants to go into
First touch - Wedge touch
