Jumping Jacks
Description
The athlete jumps over the hurdle sideways, tucking their knees up as they are in the air.
As soon as they land, the athlete should be jumping straight back into the next one.
The athlete continues to work for 30-45 seconds, 3-5 sets.
Key Coaching Points
- Landing on the front half of the feet to help spring into the next action.
- Using the knees to explode out, bending them to get maximum force in the jumps
