Set up

• Each team has a target player in each end-zone
• Players in the middle

Instruction

• Teams in the middle look to keep possession of the ball and get the ball from one target player to the other.

Progressions

• Introduce more transitions - the team in-possession of the ball would get the ball to one of the target players. The target player would play the ball to the opposite teams target player in the same end-zone, causing that immediate transition from attack to defence.
