Description

Set Up

  • Set out 2 markers 3 yards apart

Instructions

1) The player should dribble in a figure of 8 pattern, using both right foot & left foot.

2) The player should face forwards and use the sole of their feet to move the ball in a figure of 8 pattern. (Bring the markers closer together)

3) The player should receive a pass on the back foot and roll the ball across their body with the front foot before passing back to the coach.
