Description
Set Up
- 2 mini goals
- 2 teams; 1 defending and 1 attacking
- 1v1s
Instructions
- Defending team starts with the ball, passing it to the attacking players.
- The attacker looks to beat the player and pass the ball into the mini goal.
- If the defender wins the ball, they can counter attack and score in the opposite goal.
- Once goal is scored or the ball leaves play, the next attack goes.
Progressions
- Introduce a timer for players to score.
- 2v1 overload in favour of the attackers.
- 2v2
